### Ingredients
- 1.5 cups (295 g) dried black beans, rinsed
- 1.25 cups (285 g) quinoa, rinsed
- 5 cups (1750 g) water
- 400 g potatoes, ½" cubes
- 400 g cauliflower
- 20 g curry powder
- 15g cumin
- 20 g garlic powder
- 25g soy
- 3 g oregano
- 90 g hemp hearts (added after cooking)
### Steps
1. Add to Instant Pot **in this order** (Do not stir): water → beans → quinoa → all spices → sweet potatoes → broccoli
2. Cook **High Pressure** 25 min **Natural Release** 20 min
3. Add hemp hearts, stir stew thoroughly
