I've been exploring Microsoft Viva Engage that's already enabled in our organization. I wanted to run an idea by you about using it strategically.
#### What is Viva Engage?
Viva Engage is a workplace engagement platform that enables thought leadership within our organization. It enables users to post content, comment, and interact around concepts - fostering engagement and interaction. The key value is creating a space for thought leadership and building momentum around shared learning.
#### My Proposal
I'd like to use Viva Engage to highlight how AI is currently being used effectively in our organization, helping people start thinking about AI integration with their own roles. This serves as an accelerator for company-wide AI adoption. My goal is to:
- **Share easily digestible, bite-sized success stories** of AI implementation
- **Document workflow improvements** (e.g., "We used to do X in 3 steps, now we do Y in 1 step using Z")
- **Connect AI-curious employees** and foster cross-team collaboration
- **Create organizational momentum** where we can experiment and adjust to utilize AI for individual, role, and company betterment
#### Strategy
The focus is on building engagement around AI experimentation - those small individual wins will aggregate into bigger organizational changes.
- **Consistent posting schedule** (e.g., Tuesdays and Fridays) to create expectation
- **Interview colleagues** about their AI use cases - getting people excited about sharing their work and building pride in their contributions
- **Group ideas** like "AI Before & After" and "AI Win of the Week" to organize content
- **Build engagement and attention** around experimenting with AI to become more effective employees
#### Why This Matters
Instead of AI adoption happening in silos, this creates a centralized, interactive space where everyone can see what's working, learn from real examples, and build on each other's successes.
Does this aligns with our broader AI strategy?
