- 2 scoops grain + 1 scoop protein + sauce + topping
- Microwave 60 sec, stir, 30 more if needed
- 1 veggie pick + 1 fruit pick
- **Sized for:** 6 dinners × 4 people = 24 bowls/week + buffer for adult seconds

#### Sunday Cook
1. **Sous vide** — chicken breasts, seasoned with salt + pepper, bagged, 150°F for 90 min
2. **Instant Pot** — rice, 0.8 kg dry + water, 12 min pressure + 10 min natural release, into container
3. **Large pan** — ground turkey, brown fully, pull half plain into container, add taco seasoning + splash water to rest, simmer 5 min, into container
4. **Instant Pot** — rotini, 0.7 kg, 4 min pressure + quick release, toss olive oil, into container
5. **Instant Pot** — eggs, 1 dozen, 5 min pressure + 5 min natural release + 5 min ice bath, peel, into container
6. **Microwave** — corn portions + edamame bag, 3 min each, into containers
7. **Box grater** — shred cheddar and mozzarella blocks, into containers
8. **Cutting board** — slice cucumbers, rinse cherry tomatoes + snap peas + grapes, all into grab containers
9. **Sous vide done** — pull chicken, shred with two forks, into containers (sauce at meal time not storage)
