## Ingredients
- 1161g Yukon gold potatoes
- 1092g (3) Russet potatoes
- 6 Tbsp 84g butter
- 1 cup 250g whole milk
- 10g (3) gloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp salt
## Steps
1. wash, peel (russet), cut into 1" chunks
2. add to water with garlic and 1 Tbsp salt -> boil until tender 20 min ?microwave -> let sit in open air for 20 minutes to evaporate some water
3. mash potatoes with masher, don't over mash
4. melt butter, milk, 12g salt -> fold into potatoes
